HORAS INDONESIA process from Mining Natural stone until Stuffing container, check stone one by one so as we can deliver to you the best quality natural stone.
 


Checking mining location.
HORAS INDONESIA always pay attention to conditions of mining location. Sometime because of it rains, we have to stop to working. Raining will make big ponds on the mining spot, and it will be danger for worker. In this connection, we apologize  delayed deliver if you order during October till April. It's better to order in advance. 


Bring the blocks to cutting public. check material.


 Cutting process is need to highly concentration and experience. Because of the less concentration make big aberration. HORAS INDONESIA staffs will join with them, will discuss with cutting staffs and make high quality cutting stones.   


After cutting sorting stones. HORAS INDONESIA staffs will check one by one, the millimeter aberration, square, and surface, cracking.
Off course, there is no same piece of stone because it is natural stone. But we will choice the best for you. 
 


After sorting, stuffing to pallet on the track. HORAS's veteran team will stuffing one by one in pallets tightly. If not tight, it will be broken while trucking or shipping.


Put the warehouse.
There stone will join with another origin stones. We will check again and if there some some pallet broken or stuffing stone is not tight, we will repair them.
 

Wooden pallet need process International Standard ISPM #15. After fumigation put the stamp authentication.

From year 2005 Indonesia Natural stone export required checking form government organization.
 

Stuffing to container.
Stone is very heavy, so based on weight, not Volume. For stone thickness 2cm to 20 feet container can put about only 300 sqm, it becomes around 15-16MT.
